Entryway
The first surface and the first seat in the house.

Choosing a HOSTACK entryway
Measure the space where this piece will sit before you pick a finish. Our entryway collection runs from 20″ to 86″ wide, and that four-inch span is the difference between a snug fit and a blocked door swing. Check your clearance at its narrowest point. A console table that looks right in photographs might crowd your hallway once you account for baseboards and light switches.
Height matters next, but not for the reason most people think. None of these pieces include outlets or USB ports, so you will need to plan for a power strip or extension cord if you want to charge devices on top of it. The taller options in our range give you more surface area for keys and mail without taking up extra floor width. The shorter ones work better beneath artwork or a mirror.
None of these models come with anti-tip hardware included in the box. If you have small children in the home or pets that jump onto furniture, you should secure whatever you buy to the wall on your own. We also do not offer adjustable shelving or barn-door styling in this department, so if you want either of those features, look at our pantry cabinets or sideboards instead.
This collection will not work well in very tight apartment entries or studio layouts where every inch counts. The narrowest piece we make here is still 72″ across. If your hallway is narrower than that, or if you need a piece under 20 inches tall to clear a window, none of these six will fit your room.
